A fresh, flattened copy

Export redraws the image, discarding original EXIF metadata such as location and camera details. Browser encoding may add its own technical metadata. Orientation is applied; color and detail can differ from the original.

One still image

PNG and WebP support transparency. JPEG uses a solid background. Animation is not preserved, so animated inputs are rejected rather than silently flattened.

Resize or crop?
